Hearts and Hands United of Delaware County Inc. formed as a non-profit in 2008. The organization assists underprivileged families with school-age children through charitable donations in the form of class supplies, cold weather accessories and more. We collaborate with human services agencies, churches and other organizations who are dedicated to serving families in need.

Our volunteers are leaders from various organizations throughout the community. They generously give their time and talents to enhance the lives of families in Delaware County. By providing services solely by volunteers, 100% of donations go directly to funds that assist community members. Two major events each year support this cause: Tools for Schools and Coats Against the Cold.
